Reflection Paper


I learn so many things in our TLE class especially all about software, multimedia, types of computer.

I learn that software has many kinds just like:APPLICATION SOFTWARE, SYSTEM SOFTWARE
etc.

I learn also the types of computers just like: super computers, mini computers, main frame, hybrid computers.

I learn also about the history of computers before multimedia is not easy and difficult cameras before are big but now it is already small.

My Reflection

I learn that in entrepreneurship we must be accurate in what we are doing especially when we are planning in a new business. We must have the personal entrepreneurial characteristics so that our business should grow and be famous.

I learn also that there are 10 personal entrepreneurial characteristics. These are:

v Persistence

v Commitment to the work contract

v Demand for quality and efficiency

v Risk-taking

v Goal-setting

v Information-seeking

v Systematic planning and monitoring

v Persuasion and networking

v Self-confidence

There are also 9 characteristics of an entrepreneur. These are:

v Self-control

v Creativity

v Decision-making skills

v Desire for responsibility

v High energy level

v Courage

v Well-defined values

v Desire for immediate feedback

v Strong desire to achieve

I learn also that in assessing in business environment we must:

v Set a location

v Market

v Demographic environment

Ø Age

Ø Gender

Ø Marital status

Ø Birth rate

Ø Religion

Ø Source of livelihood and income

Ø Lifestyle and interests
